If you choose to identify yourself by filling out one our online surveys, the information you send is entirely confidential and final results when published or presented will never identify individuals. Participation, while strongly encouraged, is always optional.

What information is collected about me? How is it used?

The only information that we automatically collect and store during your visit to our site is non-personally identifiable information such as the location of your Internet service provider, Internet protocol address, the browser and type of machine you are using, the site that referred you to us, the pages you request and the date and time of those requests. Spectrum BDS publishes several e-flyers and a monthly e-zine, Per-Spec-Tive. Per-Spec-Tive provides hot industry related topics, newsworthy articles and press releases to clients, colleagues and industry insiders. Only those individuals who have registered at SpectrumBDS.com, on one of our clients’ sites that is hosted by Spectrum BDS or are registered as a broker or real estate agent will receive email communication from us. Brokers and real estate agents may receive special communications targeted by location and designed to inform them of sales programs, events and incentives. Those individuals who register at a site hosted by Spectrum BDS will only receive communications that have been specifically requested, as all of our lists are strictly maintained and are entirely proprietary by client. You may find that our registration forms offer the opportunity to request information on future interests, these requests will be fulfilled individually as well, they will never be shared or used in any other marketing efforts. All recipients may unsubscribe at any time. At no point will any email addresses be shared with or sold to third parties.

What if I want to opt out of email communications?
